FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Culture Guard files Human Rights complaint against the Attorney-General and B.C. HRT

Jan. 24, 2019 (Culture Guard) —Dec. 11, 2018 while attending one of the most important legal cases affecting Free Speech in Canada, biologically female members of Culture Guard complain they were forced to endure invasive, indecent and discriminatory assaults on their legally-protected rights by an institution that is statute-bound to protect them: the BC Human Rights Tribunal.

The signage on the BCHRT “women’s” washroom—located on the 12th floor where BCHRT public hearings are conducted—indicated “women’s”; but also invited “trans” (biological men) to use the same facility.

The sign said, “Trans people welcome.”

“This assault on women’s rights must end” says Culture Guard’s executive director, Kari Simpson, who is also one of the complainants. “Men invading women’s safe spaces has been decided by the court and ironically by the BCHRT with a firm ‘NO’”

“Men wearing puppy dog ears/tails, pony gear, wigs and/or lipstick, chemically and cosmetically altering their appearance and self-declaring themselves to be a dog, a pony or a woman does not change their biological reality of being a human male.”

The Attorney-General and the BCHRT knowingly discriminated against women, since they knew (or should have known) that biological males would access, under the guise of being “trans”, what should be a safe place for women—and they did.

Simpson went on to say: “Men suffering from delusion, gender dysphoria, fantasy, nefarious intention, or simply addicted to a hyper-sexualized kinky game of female dress-up, among other factors, do not get to trample on my rights—nor those of my daughters, granddaughters and other women—to security of the person, privacy, dignity, decency, and services directly affected by my protected rights as a female. It’s time to end this dangerous game of lunacy.”

Simpson declares that the Attorney General and the BCHRT have a lot to answer for. There have been several BCHRT cases, done in secret she said, that have adversely affected women; and she adds “It’s time to end this dangerous charade and hold accountable those who have worked to harm and undermine the protected rights of women today.”

Simpson says she will also be calling on the BC Health Minister and the Minister overseeing children in the care of the government to stop funding to any facility, clinic, hospital or professional venue that permits patients to believe they can alter their biological reality.

Simpson says, “A free and civil society respects any individual’s right to free expression, but those rights end where another’s begin. It’s time to stop lying to people—especially children.”

One of the remedies sought is that all government identification state the biological sex—male or female—and to provide biological “female only” and “male only” washrooms in all government buildings, including schools. Separate “trans” facilities, or “sex/gender neutral” bathrooms might be installed, but only if the female and male washrooms are provided.

  1. Good on you Kari! It is simply unbelievable that a free and democratic society can be taken down by a group of mentally ill and delusional people and that the people who would call them out are too terrified of the repercussions of doing so. I mean, does it take a child to say that the Emperor has no clothes?

BTW, in response to this collective insanity, I have decided to come out as a trans-giraffe. https://www.eurocanadian.ca/2018/05/share-my-delusions-or-else.html

    Why not?
